SHIPPING & RETURNS



Shipping


Uneri.us will send your products to the address you give us when you order.


We ship in-stock items from Kansas, usually within 24-48 hours, from Monday to Friday.


After you've checked out, we'll email you a tracking number so you can track your package from when it leaves our facility until it arrives at your doorstep.


Please note that uneri.us is not liable for any import or customs fees you might encounter upon receiving your shipment.

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing it.


Returns


If you're not satisfied with your purchase from Uneri.us, we offer an exchange, but please note that we do not provide refunds or returns.


To exchange your item, you need to send it back within 14 days of receiving your order. It must be in its original, unused state, with all tags still on and in the original packaging. Remember to include a copy of your invoice.


If the item you return is damaged or doesn't meet these conditions (like missing tags or packaging), we won't process the exchange, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.


You'll need to cover the shipping costs for both sending back the original item and receiving the exchanged item.


After we receive and approve the condition of your returned item, we'll ship your exchange within 3 business days, provided it's in stock.


You're entitled to one exchange per item, where you can select a different size of the same product. Once this exchange is processed, no further exchanges or store credits will be available.

Lost Packages


Uneri.us does not take responsibility for packages lost during transit by UPS. If your package is lost, you need to reach out to the carrier to file a claim, and we will support you through this process.


In the case of a lost package, we will not process any chargebacks from the customer.
